The Value Management Process (VMP) is a structured approach and a set of practical tools that help businesses address successfully their highest priority opportunities and challenges, including: how to generate more sales today; how to generate and manage growth for tomorrow; and where to focus the organization’s resources to maximize value creation. The simple but powerful VMP framework and tools allow the management team to: identify key external trends that drive opportunity; focus on clearly defined customer segments and their high-priority needs; and develop, communicate and deliver compelling, differentiated solutions that meet those needs.  

In conjunction with our Value Management Process, we offer strategic coaching, which entails our meeting with the management team on a regular basis to help the team manage in light of the strategy and execution plans they have created.

In a Strategy Audit, we provide a reality check  analysis of a client's current strategy (a "snapshot" view of their existing business model), analyzing the major opportunities and challenges facing the organization and evaluating the soundness of the firm's approach to dealing with those opportunities and challenges.

We work with young or start-up companies to develop a value creation strategy in the form of a business plan (in essence, a formally documented business model), typically aimed at attracting  venture capital.

We work with client organizations to draft white papers on a variety of  topics related to strategy and value creation.
